PAUL Grip Range
The open grip is the most popular grip reusable in use throughout the world. The EKC/PAUL range continues this tradition for multiple use open grips. The Paul bayonet cap spring loaded grip is one of the two types of SLA available from EKC Systems. They should normally be used at the non-stressing end of a bed, but when prestressing is carried out using a jack without power lock-off, we recommend their use at the stressing end of the bed. The grips incorporate the same type of wedge that are used in both open and double ended joints, which minimises your stock levels. The PAUL double-ended grip is available from EKC Systems. They are used to connect two lengths of wire/strand. This enables savings in wastages, as the wire/strand may be re-used when the prestressing bed is only partially filled. The cross pegged centre plug promotes easy assembly. The grips incorporate the same type of wedge that are used in both open and spring loaded grips which minimises your stock levels.
